The competition will take place in 44309 Dortmund, Oesterstraße (as it is part of a public school there is no housenumber) its on the other side of the swimming-center

From B1 exit Dortmund-Sölde/Asseln direction Brackel/Asseln, follow Buddenacker which becomes Holzwickeder Straße up to Brackeler Hellweg, then left and the next street right, which is Oesterstraße, after 700 mtrs. the school centre is on the right hand, at the end of the parking places is the competition place

Rule Meeting: 11.30 to 12.00

Fee advanced:

25 Euro at the door.

When registered until 04.03.07: 20 Euro

Fee beginners:

20 Euro at the door.

prices: the first three in each category will get medals

Categories:

There is a beginner- and an advanced-category, which are divided into following weight-classes:

Men: -65kg, -70kg, -80kg, +85kg, Open Class

Women: -55kg, -60kg, Open Class



Rounds:

7 minutes + 3 minutes overtime, should the fight be undecided by than, the fighter will win who gets the first point.

The final takes 10 minutes + 5 minutes overtime, should the fight be undecided by than, the fighter will win who gets the first point.



Points system:

2 points for a simple takedown

3 points for a takedown where the foots of the opponent loses the contact of the ground

3 points for passing the guard

4 points for mount-position (has to be held for 5 seconds)

4 points for back mount with heel hooks (has to be held for 5 seconds)

2 points for sweeps



Minus points

-1 point for guard pull without prior contact to the opponent

-1 point for stalling



A fight can be won by:

Tap out of your opponent

Points

Throwing in the towel by the opposite side



Forbidden techniques

- scratching, biting, eye gouging, fish hooking, pulling hairs, finger locks, any kind of kicks and blows

- there are no twisted leg locks (e.g. heel hooks) allowed in the beginner class, as well as “slamming”



Allowed techniques:

- Any kind of throws,

- Any kind of arm, wrist, leg, foot lock

- Neck crank (e.g. can opener, Twister)

Wel veel inschrijvingsgeld...En geen heelhooks toegelaten bij de beginners! En gevorderd ben ik nog lang niet. Heel men gameplan naar de kloten
